BOOKING PROCEDURES
1) Contact us for an exact quote. See our contact us web page. Check your Junk or Spam folder if you do not receive an email reply. You can also call us if you prefer.
2) Let us know you wish to make a reservation after you receive your quote. Include your phone number if by email.
3) I’ll call you and after we determine which condo is available, I'll email you a link with your Contract. Please watch for the following emails. If they do not arrive in your In Box, always check your Junk or Spam folders. The approximate time they will be sent is included for each.
4) After you receive your email with the link to your contract, fill in your information on a simple fill in the blanks form. Your information will then be inputted on to our Contract page for your approval and online acceptance. Upon acceptance you will be directed to our online payment form to complete your $100 deposit payment. Your lodging cost (rent & sales tax) is also due if it is less than 30 days before your arrival.
5) Upon contract acceptance, a copy is emailed to you. Remember always check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not receive your emails.
6) Upon payment a receipt is emailed to you. With our convenient on line contract & payment, your reservation is completed. Your dates are reserved.
7) The same or following day the email “Sandy’s Branson Travel Guide to Preferred Attractions, Dining, Driving Directions, Discounts, & More” arrives containing:

Tips on how to save money, free items, time savers

Driving directions using alternate routes to save driving time.

Other ideas... parks, hiking, local favorites, travel resources, coupons
8) (Skip if you paid rent at booking) Your lodging cost (rent & sales tax) is due is due no later than 30 days before your arrival.
9) (Skip if you paid rent at booking.) A receipt is emailed to you.
10) Your FAQ email arrives approximately 7-10 days before arrival to help you pack & determine your Branson driving routes. It includes:
11) Your "Welcome Guide” email arrives the day before arrival with:
12) Your deposit is refunded with in 14 days from departure as long as all conditions are met.
