BOOKING PROCEDURE
1) Contact us for an exact quote.
2) Let us know you wish to make a reservation and your phone number.
3) I’ll call you and arrange to email you a link with our Contract.
4) After you accept the terms, mail your $100 deposit. Rent is also due if it is less than 30 days before your arrival.
5) Upon contract acceptance and receipt of payment due, your dates are blocked off on our Availability Calendar.
6) A receipt is emailed to you.
7) “Sandy’s Preferred Attraction List” arrives in your email containing:
· Most popular attractions, restaurants, & shows
· Tips on how to save money, free items, time savers
· Driving directions using the alternate routes
· Best discounts
· Other ideas, parks, hiking, local favorites, travel resources
8) If your rent was not paid at time of booking, it is due no later than 30 days before your arrival.
9) If paying now, a receipt is emailed to you for your check or a copy of your credit card charge.
10) Your email arrives to help you pack containing:
· What we supply
· What to bring
11) Your "Welcome Packet” email arrives with:
· Driving directions to the condo from Hwy 65
· Check in/Access instructions
· Local necessities
· Grocery stores
· Pharmacy
· Medical clinic/hospital
· Liquor stores
· Car wash
· Bank/ATM
12) Your deposit is refunded with in 14 days from departure as long as all conditions are met.
13) An email is sent notifying you your refund was sent by check or credited to your credit card.
