A tranquil babbling brook delights you from your own screened porch. Relax as sounds of stair step water falls babble in the background as you sit under the ceiling fan on the screened porch. If you need a place for your friends, we also own the Brookside Retreat, the condo next door in our building. Like our other condos, this is a walk in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It has 2 single steps on the sidewalk to the building & is all on one level. The screened porch offers a straight on view of the babbling brook & a view of the pool to your left. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms & king beds. High speed Wi Fi, 5 ceiling fans, linens provided, washer & dryer, three cable 32" HD TVs, free long distance & local calling. Our bath towels are luxurious Egyptian cotton & our beds are triple sheeted. The sofa sleeper has a 7" innerspring mattress. Our condos all have King sized beds, and in the living room 2 recliners, glider rocker & queen sized sofa sleeper. The guest bathroom offers a single vanity & step in shower stall. The master bath has a dual sink separate from the bathroom & Jacuzzi tub & shower combination. You have all the comforts of home.

This condo offers the closest pool view & a side view of the brook. You'll be comfy inside too. With bedrooms having king beds, 32” HD TVs, ceiling fans, walk in closets & each with its own adjoining bathroom. The guest bathroom features a shower stall so you don't have to step over the edge of a tub. The master bathroom has a jetted tub shower combo. A living room, full kitchen, dining room, laundry area top off this condo. Our dining room, living room and screened porch each seat 6. The living room in addition to the queen sized sofa sleeper has a gliding rocker & 2 rocking recliners. Three 32” HDTVs. The porch has a glider loveseat so if you like to rock, you'll be at home in our condos. You'll feel welcomed in our newest walk in vacation condo at Pointe Royale Golf Village in SW Branson. It is remodeled & available beginning Nov 2012. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has new carpeting, flooring, King beds, electric recliners, 4 HD TVs, paint, shower stall, ceiling fans & more. The screened porch will be a hit also. It has a peaceful view of a babbling brook, bridge & garden gazebo highlighted by Lake Taneycomo's bluffs. Other than the 4 steps to the front porch it is on one level. Like our other condos it offers 2 King beds, a dual vanity in the master bedroom and an extra deep Jacuzzi tub & shower combo in the master bath. The guest bath features a single vanity sink & easy access step in shower stall. The four HDTVs include a 37” in the living room above the fireplace, a 32” in each bedroom & a 26” in the dining room. Wi Fi, hard wired jacks to plug into the Internet, unlimited local & long distant phone, cable, & quality linens, are all included in your condo. This walk in condo in Branson's Pointe Royale Golf Village offers you breath taking views of a secret garden & Lake Taneycomo's bluffs from two screened porches on both the walk in & garden levels. The unique floor plan has 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and laundry area located below the main living space on the garden level.
